George W. Walker, C.P.A.
President

Mr. Walker specializes in audit and accounting for corporations, not-for-profit organizations, school districts, and pension and profit-sharing plans. He has experience in financial and retirement planning, as well as individual taxation. As President, he is responsible for administration of the firm.

Mr. Walker has lived with his family in Saratoga Springs since 1974. He has served the community through his participation in Rotary, and as a current or past member of the Boards of Directors for Saratoga Hospital, the Travers Committee, Saratoga County YMCA, and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Walker received a B.S. degree from University at Albany in 1970.

Patrick J. Diggin, C.P.A.
Treasurer and Secretary

Mr. Diggin concentrates on audit, accounting and tax compliance issues for businesses, not-for-profit organizations, school districts, and individual clients. He is expert in accounting system analysis and personal financial planning. He is responsible for the firm’s continuing education compliance, quality control program, and computer operations. He is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor.

Mr. Diggin lives in Wilton and is the past chairman of the Wilton Water & Sewer Authority. He is also the past Treasurer of the Saratoga Lions Club.

Mr. Diggin graduated with a B.B.A. degree from Siena College in 1983.

Senior Tax Advisor

Thomas J. Flynn, C.P.A.

Mr. Flynn consults with the firm on special projects. His expertise includes taxation, estate planning, estate taxes, trusts, small business retirement plans, mergers and liquidations.

As well as being a C.P.A., Mr. Flynn had previous experience as a Field Agent for the Internal Revenue Service. He is a resident of Greenwich, where he is an active participant in community affairs, including work for the Greenwich Community Advisory Board, the American Red Cross, and Greenwich Athletic Association.

Mr. Flynn graduated with a B.B.A. degree from Siena College in 1968.

 

MANAGER

Lauren Ouimet, C.P.A.

Mrs. Ouimet manages accounting and taxation issues for the firm's business and individual clients. She has extensive experience with audits, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, and workers' compensation and union audit issues for clients in a broad range of industries.

Mrs. Ouimet is a resident of Middle Grove, where her interests include enjoying time with her children, and volunteering as a Girl Scout leader and in the local elementary school.

Mrs. Ouimet graduated with a B.B.A. degree from Hofstra University in 1998.
